With over 20 of experience in the field of disaster recovery and property restoration, Victor Rodrigues founded Noeaxe with the goal to bring a brand new approach to disaster resilience.

Victor both acquired his expertise throughout the various management positions that he held for one of the leaders in disaster recovery and property restoration for almost 20 years. During this period, he has been directly involved in managing hundreds of damages worldwide ; dealing with floods, fires, hurricanes, chemical spills across a large range of industries was his daily business. He both managed the restoration of factories, ships, hotels, commercial buildings, etc.

Even though each industry is different and every damage comes with its own restoration strategy, his goal has always being the same: minimizing the disruption of his clients’ business activities and getting them back on his feet a soon as possible.

Today, he leverage this broad experience to offer to his clients a global approach on disaster resilience.
